Why ideology of Bernie is outright dangerous ?

Good to see South Carolina democratic party is united behind Biden.
If Dems are serious about winning presidency, they need to field a practical candidate. Bernie is talking nothing new that world had not heard before from Jesus, Muhammad and Karl Marx. Yet the consequence of those calls for justice and equality have been devastating on world history.

Christianity preached same message as that of Bernie- justice and equality. End result ? Western civilization that started with classical Greece collapsed and Europe plunged into dark age. Why Newton and Galileo had to wait 1500 years after Athens ? Because Christianity pushed back the wheels of civilization. Rome and Greece flourished in Stoicism- foundation of modern Western Civilization. Christianity killed the excellence achieved by Stoicism.

Same history is true with Islam. It has great message of equality and justice. Ideologically great stuff. Yet Islamic civilization created one of the bloodiest, unjust and unequal society.

And not to mention Karl Marx and Lenin who emerged as 20th century messiah of equality and justice. Yet all the communist regimes starting from Soviet Union happened to be the worst abuser of justice and equality. Those regimes brought the greatest shame on the earth.

Question is why? Why do we see repeated failure of the ideologues who propounded for justice and equality ? Why the ideology of Bernie is dangerous ?

It's pretty well known to anyone knowledgeable in History and Social Science. When you do not allow diversity of ideas and thoughts- autocratic regime and dictatorship will emerge as opposing ideas will not be respected. Look at the Bernie campaign. They have no respect for people with difference of opinions. This is classic fascist mindset. It's outright dangerous.

Human are not perfect being. Neither they will ever be. Therefore it's extreme foolishness to think our society will be free of injustice and oppression. Injustice and inequality can only be reduced and can be humane. There will be power structure and that means life and society will never be perfect.



But voting for the ideology based on victim-hood will bring disaster to USA as it has happened everywhere.

Democratic Primary- No decent candidate that can beat Trump

Democratic primary is getting complicated. Due analysis is required. (1) Bernie has trounced his opponents yesterday in Nevada. This shows left votes have consolidated behind him. But it was a caucus and not a closed primary. In caucus, left leaning candidates will have advantage since independents can vote. Last time in closed primary, Bernie was totally obliterated while he did well in caucus. (2) Issue is, selecting him as Dem nominee means another 4 years of Trump. He can't beat Trump. Because there are a lot of Democrats, perhaps more than leftists believe in market capitalism but a better capitalism. They ( and me) do not believe in state capitalism in the name of socialism that Bernie is promoting. Because everywhere socialism has been experimented, it has failed.
